Who the controller is
Emanuel Ritter, as an individual, is the controller of the data sent through the form on this personal site. Ritter Partners matters are handled at ritter.partners, which has its own privacy notice.
What this site collects
Only what you type in the forms: in the contact form, your name, email, the subject you chose and the message (optional); in the speaking invitation, also the organization, event, expected date, format and expected audience. The site also records the page the form was sent from and the time taken to fill it in, used only to block automated submissions.
What it is used for
To reply to you: a professional conversation, a press or speaking request, or whatever you raise. There is no mailing list, automated sequence or newsletter.
Where it is stored and for how long
Submissions go to a spreadsheet in a Google account, through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, which act as storage processors, and trigger an email alert to me. Data is kept for up to 12 months and is not sold or shared with third parties for other purposes.
Cookies, tracking and fonts
- The site uses no tracking cookies or ad pixels, and does not measure your visit with analytics tools.
- Your browser stores two items locally: your theme preference (light or dark) and a marker that prevents sending the form twice in a row. They never leave your device.
- Fonts are served by the site itself, with no calls to external services.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of the data you sent, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request through the form, choosing “Something else”, or on LinkedIn. Replies come Monday to Thursday.
